All treatments are by appointment.
We understand that sometimes you need to change your appointment. We kindly ask for 48 hours notice for Spa packages and group bookings, and 24 hours for all other appointments to avoid an initial 50% cancellation fee. If no notice is given a charge for the full value of your scheduled treatments will be incurred.
